• Design formulas, coordinate production, and test products to meet customer and business 

needs 

• Coordinate and responsible for color correction of samples and manufactured products 

• Ensure that quality control of raw materials and finished products is carried out correctly and 

• completely, including but not limited to color, mechanical properties, etc., both in sample 

development and production 

• Store quality control test results and research and development findings; analyze data and 

provide recommendations 

• Analyze and report on defective products 

• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory environment and comply with all safety procedures 

• Manage laboratory equipment 

• Participate in root cause investigations of quality incidents and promote corrective and 

preventive actions 

• Develop alternative materials with similar or improved characteristics, performance, or cost 

• Adjust and maintain technical department paperwork 

• Support customer audits and assessments by providing technical expertise and relevant 

documentation 

• Support Sales Team by providing technical assistance to sales team and customers for new 

product trials, trouble shoot technical issues and complaints, provide guidance on optimum 

processing conditions and have direct input to processing conditions stated on TDS 

• Assist the Board of Directors as needed 

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Plastics, or related fields 

• Strong communication skill in English 

• At least 2 years of experience in Engineering or Quality Control 

• Experience in an engineering environment, especially in the production of engineering plastics 

and masterbatch is preferred 

• Knowledge and experience in pigments and color combinations, and plastics is preferred 

• Practical experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis 

• Proficiency in operating extrusion machines, injection molding machines, and laboratory 

equipment and tools
