Take care of Ocean, Air Business and Customs procedures with team members;
Support, consult the clients and negotiating with vendors when required;
To make business plan and implement sales strategies;
To support the General Manager, Sales Team and take care sales progress, new project and pay efforts to achieve the targets;
To ensure the cooperation with Operations Dept conform to laws, policies, rules and regulations of the relevant authorities and the company;
Expand the potential customer base;
Follow up and control employees’ performance, make training plan for sales dept members;
Create new services, business tools to bring breakthrough into the market;
Issue market reports, find the solution to attract customers to bring long-lasting relationship.
Any others relevant duties as assigned by General Manager.

2/ REQUIREMENT:
Prefer 35-45 years old
Bachelor Graduate in related field
Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in sales logistics field for a Japanese or international Logistics/Forwarder company is mandatory
Good management, negotiation and business planning skills, good knowledge of sale& marketing of logistics field and air/ocean/warehouse/trucking/customs procedures
Have good communication skill with cooperative attitude with other Depts and customer oriented mind
Good English skills (Business level)
Can work under high pressure, high responsibilities
