1. Accounting Documents & Data Entry
- Check the validity and completeness of accounting documents.
- Record revenue, expenses, inventory and accounts receivable/payable into the accounting system.
- Ensure accounting data is accurate and properly maintained.
2. Accounts Receivable & Cash Flow
- Monitor cash flow, including bank accounts and cash on hand.
- Follow up and coordinate accounts receivable/payable and support debt collection/payment processes.
3. Reporting & Inventory Checking
- Conduct periodic inventory/cash checks.
- Prepare tax reports and support the preparation of financial reports.
- Provide necessary accounting data and reports to management.
4. Document & Record Management
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and records systematically.
- Ensure accounting books, documents and files are properly stored, secure and confidential.
