• Quality Control: Monitor and enforce strict quality standards throughout the garment manufacturing process on the factory floor.

• Technical Guidance: Provide on-site technical support and training regarding sewing techniques to production workers to ensure product consistency.

• Data & Reporting: Track defect rates and utilize data analysis to identify quality trends, proposing solutions for continuous improvement.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with 

• College diploma or above, majoring in garment engineering or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production or quality management within garment factories.

• Proficient in sewing techniques with the ability to provide hands-on, on-site technical guidance.

• Strong data analysis awareness and logical thinking.

• Able to communicate effectively in spoken English; candidates who can speak Chinese are highly preferred.

• Positive, optimistic, with excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
